During the 20 years that we've produced gourmet apple products,
we've incorporated a couple of non-apple items that complemented the line. For the past 10 years, we've also produced
a line of mustards and salsas.

Our Apple Grilling Glaze is an apple-based bbq sauce, that is delicious for barbequeing pork, ribs, chicken, and salmon.
You can also use it on lamb, tofu, turkey, ham, or on sandwiches.

Our Hot Apple Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze tastes like honey with a little zip.  A mild heat comes at the end.
Serve our Hot Apple Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze on cream cheese and crackers or warm brie and crackers as an appetizer or
hors d'oeuvres.  Swirl Hot Apple Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze in your oatmeal or yogurt for extra flavor. Or you can use it
on top of vanilla ice cream. Hot Apple Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze is also great for grilling or baking any kind of meat or seafood.
Our customers have used the Hot Apple Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze on pork, ribs, chicken, lamb, ham,
turkey, any kind of fish, including tilapia and salmon, plus shrimp and scallops. Mix some of the Hot Jalapeno Jelly/Glaze
with some sherry wine and butter to make a delicious glaze for baking chicken.

Fumee, our Smoked Applewood Sea Salt, adds a delicious smoke flavor for grilling steaks, pork, chicken, seafood,
fish, or vegetables. The Smoked Applewood Sea Salt can also be used as a substitute for salt in any recipe, such as
scrambled eggs, soups, stews, and casseroles. 

The Melange is our own recipe of 16 herbs and spices.  The Melange is delicious in any savory dish. It too can be
used to enhance soups, stews, casseroles, and scrambled eggs. Or mix it with our Organic Olive Oil and our Balsamic
vinegar to create a wonderful salad dressing. Or take the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Melange mixture, and dip homemade
bread in it.
